壓配機(jī)是用于小線輪輻和輪輞的裝配，將輪輻壓入輪輞內(nèi)，并可根據(jù)需要手動(dòng)設(shè)置輪輻輪輞之間的偏距值，定位準(zhǔn)確，為輪輻和輪輞的焊接后的跳動(dòng)提供保證。整機(jī)采用四柱式結(jié)構(gòu)，能夠保證壓配時(shí)機(jī)身保持較好的剛性，提高了輪輻與輪輞壓配時(shí)的同心度。

Press-fitting machine is used for assembly of small size disc and rim. It can press disc into rim precisely and can manually adjust offset distance between disc and rim. It also can locate accurately, which can guarantee disc and rims run-out after welding. The whole equipment adopts four-pillar structure, which can guarantee the machine body to keep its rigidity during assembly and can provide their concentricity.

The press-fitting machine is composed of pre-pressing cylinder, pull rod, sliding block, base seat, main oil cylinder and necessary molds.
